I took this photo of Waimea Canyon in Kauai. It is a very special place to my family and one of the most beautiful places to be. Design principles I incorporated into this piece are mainly alignment, contrast, and typography. I used different fonts to create a contrast, but at the same time I aligned them to look cohesive. I also brought up contrasts in the photo itself by making the colors stand out more from the darker browns and blacks.
